Our supply chain infrastructure has been developed over a number of years to be aligned with our vision and work to a common goal.

-   We aim to deliver right first time and to achieve this we have invested in a comprehensive inventory of premium products tailored to our customers’ requirements. As part of our ISO9001:2008 accreditation, our Quality Policy requires us to follow clear processes to ensure stock quality and accuracy.

-   We work when our customers do, as such we have invested in the right stock and support infrastructure to provide support where and when you need it the most – 24/7 365.

-   We will strive to deliver world class service by equipping our team with the skills and experience required to bring ideas and concepts from the drawing board through to a tangible solution, adding value to our customers’ operation.

Our History

Rapid Engineering Supplies Ltd. was established in 1998, quickly building the foundations to deliver 'Service Excellence', going beyond customer expectation and adding value to our customers' business operations.  We believe Service business is local business and to that end we have expanded from our humble beginnings in Oxfordshire and have invested in local Service centres around the country, staffed by customer service orientated technical teams. The local Rapid Engineering teams work closely with our customers on anything from major Engineering projects, production cost reduction exercises to stores set-up and on-going stock management.

Furthermore and perhaps most importantly, we are geographically positioned to react effectively when you need support the most, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.   Our proven success in maintenance cost reduction and delivering industry leading service has enabled us to establish ourselves as a key engineering partner for all size businesses operating in all industries across the globe.
